At Williams Walling we’re a tight knit family run business based in Halifax. At the start we specilized in drystone walling, then progressing into retaining walls. We work through out the whole of the United Kingdom, with many respected construction companies.
Over 35 Years of Experience
Williams Walling was founded by Richard Williams in 1989. He was known around the local area as a dry stone waller and stone seller, then adding retaining walls to his services in 1991.
Over the past 35 years we have made connections and progressed as a business allowing us to expand our services and skillsets. The strong connection with clients and employees is something that has helped our continuous growth through the years.
Expert Workforce
Having a skilled workforce is key to our progression as we pride ourselves on the outcome of our work. Training our employees to become well rounded is very important to us, we put them through schemes such as CSCS and NPORS, to maximise their growth. On and off site training is something we believe helps the safety and skillset of our teams, therefore making it a great way to improve the final product.
Privately Owned Equipment
Owning and investing in our own plant is something we believe benefits all of our employees, as it keeps us up to date with technology and safety. We service our machines and equipment as often as recommended by the supplier. Our equipment ranges from 1.5 to 15 tons, allowing us to complete a wide scale of jobs and never be limited by machinery.
Health and Safety
Health and safety is something we take very seriously! We work along side health and safety consultants that provide site specific risk assessments and have detailed RAMS for the work we carry out. This makes sure everyone is safe and carrying out jobs as they should be done. To better our employees safety we put them through professional training such as CSCS, CPCS and NPORS.
